The HR Policy Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to research and the development of services and resources to better inform students, jobseekers, workers, educators and policy makers about the skills needed by today’s large employers.

When the HR Policy Foundation came to Avendi Media, an overall design direction had not been identified, yet there were specific objectives for the design to present an impactful and approachable image that would appeal to a broad corporate audience. We worked with decision makers at the Foundation to develop a photo-intensive, highly engaging design aesthetic that meets those objectives.
